Q. What are your service hours?
A. Service hours are: 8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday and 8am - 7pm on Wednesday
Q. Do I need an appointment?
A. Yes, for most services an appointment is recommended. We will get your bike back to you the same day for most services. Appointments allow us to have the parts needed to complete the job and to tell you exactly when we will work on your bike and when you can expect to have it back out on the road.
Q. How long will I be without my bike?
A. For most services, our goal is to have your bike done on the day of your appointment. In some instances, it may take a little longer if we have to wait for parts.
Q. Do you perform collision repairs?
A. Yes, we perform collision repairs from minor items to major repairs such as replacing frames. We have good relationships with the insurance companies that we deal with and can return your damaged bike to its original condition.
Q. What can I do to give better information about my bike's symptoms?
A. Be a good detective. Does the problem occur when you start it or when it is warmed up? Does it get better or worse as time goes on? How long has it been happening? Does this coincide with any other problems, parts change, or maintenance?
Q. What are the service intervals for my motorcycle?
A. 1,000 mile service, 2,500 mile service, 5,000 mile service, 7,500 mile service, 10,000 mile service, After that, you should service your motorcycle every 2,500 miles (i.e. 12,500, 15,000, 17,500, 20,000, etc.)
Q. How much time in advance should I schedule my service?
A. During the slow season (November through February), we can usually get your bike in within one or two days. During the busier riding season (March through October), usually within a few days. This may be slightly longer around rally times. (e.g. Sturgis, Daytona, Republic of Texas, Texas State Rally).
